You price each session length yourself, you open only the hours you want to work, and you keep 80% of what a mentee pays — the platform fee is the other 20%. Before your profile is listed or bookable, a person on our team reads it and approves or rejects it.

• You set the price for a 15, 30 or 60-minute session — we never set it for you
• You keep 80% of the session price; the platform fee is 20%
• A reviewer checks your profile — a real photo, a headline and a 150-word bio, three or more skills, a verified email or LinkedIn, and open hours — before it can be booked
